We take thorough security measures to keep users' personal information accurate and up-to-date and to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. of personal information.

If the Company is requested by a user to suspend use of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act because the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use previously announced, or because the information was collected by false or other illegal means, the Company will, after confirming that the request is from the user himself, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results of the investigation, will suspend use of the personal information without delay and notify the user to that effect. However, if it is decided not to suspend use, the Company will notify the user to that effect without delay.

We will comply with Japanese laws and other regulations regarding personal information we hold, and will review the contents of this policy as appropriate and strive to improve it. In addition, when we make any changes, we will announce them on this page.
